Client Analytics Manager II

We are seeking a talented individual for a Client Analytics Manager II who will play a key role in representing outcomes and future product strategy. Essential Responsibilities: Work on an interdisciplinary team with engagement design, sales, project management and engineering  Design and analyze the effectiveness of customer programs for a set of accounts, and provide input to the development of new products This is a vital role working with both internal groups and external customers. The overall goal is to deliver effective programs with positive return on investments by transforming structured and unstructured data into marketable analytics products and services The person selected for this position will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate trends and patterns into product strategy, and have excellent presentation and face-to-face client skills Develop data formatting and cleaning criteria for data from various sources and evaluates relevant data.  Work together with Health Engagement Design, Project Management and Data Management (IT) teams on new program designs and new client implementations. Support other (non-standard) products and offerings by providing insights that can be extracted/inferred from the client's data. Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader analytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of our organization Prepare ad-hocreports and presentations documenting analytic methods and results.  Act as the escalation point to assigned team members. Train and mentor assigned team members. Assign tasks and to assure projects are complete based on clients and business need.  Provide prioritization for work assignments.  Act as back up to Leader as needed.  Mentor more junior members.  May work focus on more complex project.  Non-Essential Responsibilities: Performs other functions as assigned Qualifications  : Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to use of SAS statistical analysis software required.  Ability to analyze information, using logic and processes to address work-related issues and problems. Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, DB2, and SQL.  Ability to design, set up and develop complex clinical programs in SAS In-depth knowledge of NCQA HEDIS, QRS and Star Measures Ability to create clear and concise documentation Ability to manipulate and analyze large databases.  Ability to demonstrate strong time management and project management skills. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment effectively. Ability to be independent, to represent the team in meetings, to mentor less experienced team members Ability to be careful and thorough about detail. Ability to meet deadline oriented project demands as well as manage multiple initiatives.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Ability to organize well.  Ability to perform oral presentations with good quality.  Ability to manage multiple clients and produce results on a rigid time schedule Excellent working knowledge of Statistics Ability to set up and conduct Statistical experiments using clinical data Ability to perform well in team environment, with employees at all levels, to achieve business goals. Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and Security rules. Work Conditions and Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment Ability to communicate and exchange information Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.) Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals May be required to work extended hours for special business needs May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs Minimum Education: Advanced degree in public health, business, mathematical science, decision science or related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience; Minimum Related Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in market research, direct marketing analytics or business consulting roles using data and information to drive business and product strategy; Experience in healthcare data claims analysis, statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing, data mining, and project management Hands-on experience with statistical tools and visualization software (SAS, SPSS, R and Tableau) and the ability to learn new tools and come up to speed quickly; Strong preference for healthcare related industry experience. 180010Z7

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
