The psychologist is responsible to provide title 19 (active treatment) mandated supports to an assigned caseload and maintain title 19 regulatory compliance. The candidate will supervise, coordinate and provide program direction for the provision of professional psychological services including diagnostic evaluations, group, or individual counseling, and develop behavior programs for the individual client treatment: recommend suitable referrals of individual receiving services, organize and coordinate the provision of clinical services, develop programs such as crisis intervention services, and perform related work as required. To provide professional psychological treatment services to help the individual receiving services become fully functioning members of the community, and to provide interagency consultation, and planning. The applicant will participate in deciding whether to accept people for treatment; refer people to appropriate services; coordinate entry into schools, nursing homes, community residences, or other facilities. Using an interdisciplinary approach, additionally candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision of lower classification psychology staff as assigned.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must have current and valid registration as a psychologist by the Massachusetts board of registration in psychology. The applicant must also have at least 1 year of full-time or equivalent part-time, professional experience as a licensed psychologist in the application of psychological principles and techniques in a recognized agency providing psychological services or treatment. S/he should have valid Massachusetts class D motor vehicle driving license or the equivalent from another state. Based on assignment, travel may be required. The incumbent should have knowledge and expertise with applied behavior analysis in the developing of behavioral/treatment plans for persons with major behavioral and psychiatric, problems. Knowledge and experience with compliance title 19 procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
