Director of IT

My client is seeking a Director of IT to join their team in Danvers, MA. This is a permanent position with salary rate DOE. Client is only interested in local candidates.
Bachelors Degree in computer science or related technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Datacenter support.
The Director of IT will be tasked with managing a small IT staff and providing technical support for the Advantage product and supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate with internal teams, particularly Support and Software Engineering, to resolve complex technical issues. This role requires a technical minded problem solver who can drive issues to closure quickly and efficiently.
Manage a team.
Build, install and maintain Windows servers.
Support Equallogic Storage Arrays in clusters and standalone configurations
Support EMC Isilon Storage Array
Document all environmental changes in the 3 Datacenters
Assist in SOC2 audits
Support company AD environment
Compile infrastructure documentation.
Required Skills:
The ability to support a 24/7 environment.
Expert knowledge in Windows Server 2008-2012 including IIS.
Advanced knowledge of SAN, iSCSI and DAS storage solutions including best practices.
Strong knowledge of Equallogic Arrays and support.
Knowledge of EMC Isilon is helpful.
General IT support experience.
Experienced with IT audits and procedures helpful

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
