A successful distributor on the north shore MA is actively seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediate opening to support cash and receivables activities.
The AR - Billing - Collections Specialist will be responsible for all AR activity.
This is a dynamic company looking for an enthusiastic and eager candidate!
Responsibilities:
Perform billing and work on more complex AR accountsAssist with month end close for AR activitiesCommercial collections working directly with customers and internal sales/accountingCash applicationsSupport reporting and analysis of cash / AR processes
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar roleAttention to detail, excellent communication skillsSolid Excel and systems skills, excellent attention to detailCompensation Package:
Up to $80k depending on experienceBenefits package includes health, dental, vision,401k, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and much more.
