4K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The Danvers Public Schools Service Desk Analyst has exceptional customer service skills and provides Level 1 & 2 support to students, parents, faculty, and staff.
All technology support requests will be channeled through this analyst, and the requests will be assessed, repaired, or assigned as necessary.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role.
The candidate should be able to prioritize and resolve problems quickly.
They should have the patience and ability to communicate with various interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
The goal will be to ensure all technology support needs are met and that we make every effort to support teaching and learning throughout the district.
Performance
Responsibilities:
-Ensure safety and security are the first priority and empower teachers to utilize technology in their classrooms.
-Operate as the primary point of contact for technology support.
Provides Level 1 & 2 technical support for the Danvers Public Schools (DPS) community.
Resolve support requests, reassign to other team members, and escalate as needed.
Install computers and devices throughout the district as needed.
-Track and maintain all Apple computer labs and carts.
Maintain District Equipment Inventory and assignments including tracking of laptops, iPads, etc.
-Maintain & test appropriate system updates and management of the FileWave UEM/MDM and Apple School Manager.
Test and deploy apps and system packages as needed to district computers and devices-Track and maintain app purchases and internal budget balances.
-Manage and deploy assistive technology in collaboration with Student Services.
-Supervise summer and part-time student employees with the Director of Technology.
-Complete Routine Tasks for student & staff accounts including rising grade levels, changing of schools, creating accounts, new pins and updates for printing and lunch program.
-Create, update, and deactivate student and staff accounts and update/assign permissions and groups as needed in various systems.
Utilize Active Directory and the Google Admin Console.
-Support the other District Technology Team members and School-based Computer Paras with completing helpdesk tickets and projects such as printing, password resets, computer and software deployment, and more.
-Collaborate with the Town IT Department and other town departments to ensure school technology needs are met.
-Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Technology.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
