per hour, depending on experience.
Once fully trained with us, your earning potential is in your hands.
Typical anticipated earnings for a motivated and experienced Service Technician here at Yale (based on experience):
1st year:
potential to earn up to $80,000
2nd year:
potential to earn up to $100,000

What to expect working as a Service Tech for Yale:
Consistent work.
Weekly pay.
No on-call work, no nights, and only up to 8 Saturdays per year.
Additional Saturdays and overtime are available but not required.
Manufacturer training provided on-site at our Training Center multiple times each year.

Our technicians roll from their homes in company vans.
iPhones, laptops, tools, uniforms, and credit cards for gas are all provided.
All parts needed for your service calls are couriered to you each day.
Requirements:
3
years of experience diagnosing and repairing all home appliances (washers, dryers, cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators).
Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc.
Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
Great time management skills.
The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
