The OneDigital New England Retirement Plan Advisory Group is seeking to add a Director of Operations, Retirement Plan Services to our growing team.
As part of a 3-person operations team, this individual will help to support our 3 Retirement Plan Consultants and 110 Plan Sponsors that we are currently working with today.
We are looking for a Rockstar - someone who is passionate about exceeding client expectations and is a consummate team player! This candidate must be organized, attentive to details and a self-starter.
We are also interested in a professional that is consistently looking to improve what we do and how we do it for the good of all.
Prior experience supporting defined contribution plans is a must.
Responsibilities As part of a 3-person operations team, the Director of Operations, Retirement Plan Services will join forces with the existing team members and share in the following activities:
Provide guidance around compliance and administrative matters both to our Retirement Plan Consultants and Plan Sponsors Partner with recordkeepers, oversee problem resolution, errors and corrections Manage new client onboarding Manage plan conversions, mergers/corporate actions and implementations Manage participant rollovers Manage paperwork for client changes:
Recordkeeper agreements Service agreements Contact changes Establish all new clients and maintain existing clients in Salesforce CRM Manage vendor database Manage client reporting Manage meeting preparation / materials process Manage annual vendor due diligence and database Serve as liaison with home office as billing/invoice contact Attributes & Skills Exemplify a hospitality attitude.

Desired Education, Certification & Experience Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years professional experience in 401(k) service provider or retirement plan consulting firm.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
